Our founder, Dr. Poornima Subramanian, transitioned from a successful corporate career as a Software Engineer to follow her passion for early childhood education.
With multiple qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Child Psychology, and Special Needs Education, along with a Doctorate in Education, she brings both expertise and vision to the field.
With over a decade of experience, she has built Qurious Lil’ Mindz as a nurturing and inclusive learning space to support children with diverse learning needs.
